The M/V Goldy Seven (IMO 9132573), a Tanzanian-flagged vessel, was detained in Southampton, UK, on 26 May 2025 and refused access to the Paris MoU region. 

The Kerala High Court has ordered the conditional arrest of the Liberia-flagged cargo ship MSC Manasa F, currently anchored at Vizhinjam Port, in connection with the sinking of its sister vessel, MSC Elsa-3, on May 24, 2025, off the Kerala coast.

According to the Paris MoU, the vessel was detained in Constanta (Romania) on 21 May 2025. The ship flies the flag of St. Kitts and Nevis.
